Mill Wide Coordinator Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly organized and proactive Mill Wide Coordinator to join our team As a key player in our production planning and logistics, you'll be the go-to person for coordinating with mills, factories, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors, mills, and suppliers for timely dispatch and arrival of materials
- Track and manage production schedules, inventory levels, and logistics
- Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting
- Communicate with production staff, management, and vendors to resolve issues and meet delivery schedules
- Identify and resolve problems related to raw material shortages, production delays, or equipment downtime
- Initiate and follow up on requisitions and purchasing for fabrics
- Collaborate with digital print designers for sampling and production follow-up
- Work closely with mills to ensure digital printing requirements are met,



and troubleshoot any print-related issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in têxtile mills/logistics
- Knowledge of digital printing processes and production workflows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office or ERP systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience collaborating with design teams and vendors
