Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks as per standard recipes
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process billing/payment
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and seating area
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of beverages
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally
- Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other consumables
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet

Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverages
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Basic billing/POS handling knowledge
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player with a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
