About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic and driven _Academic Counselors_ to join our Indore center. The role involves interacting with students and parents, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward the right programs offered by Toprankers.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in students, telephonic, and online inquiries to understand their goals and suggest suitable courses.
- Explain course features, structures, and benefits to help students make informed decisions.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

- Law graduates (freshers) who wish to explore a counseling and student-facing role.
- Non-law graduates with prior experience in academic counselling, career guidance, or inside sales.
