A Production Supervisor at Hindustan Fastners Pvt Ltd oversees daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor to ensure productive, safe, and high-quality production of fasteners according to schedule and customer requirements. This role includes planning and organizing production schedules, assigning tasks to production staff, monitoring processes and machinery to meet quality and output targets, training and guiding operators, resolving production issues promptly, and coordinating with quality, maintenance, and planning teams to optimize workflow and reduce downtime. The Production Supervisor also ensures adherence to company safety policies, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices, maintains accurate production records, and supports implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
