What you will be doing:
- Develop a framework to curate the menu based on the combination of various items across days and weeks to bring in more variety.
- Understand the requirement and curate the menu based on demography, vendor's capability, pricing and client expectations etc.
- Work with the vendor partners to develop new recipes and improve the existing recipes.
- Work with the operations team to understand the day-to-day challenges and provide solutions with respect to menu engineering.
- Understand the various factors which impacts the food cost and work with the vendors to optimize the food cost.
