Job Summary

We are seeking a Real Estate Investment Advisor to guide clients in making informed property investment decisions. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying profitable investment opportunities, advising clients on returns, and supporting end-to-end investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities (residential/commercial/land)
- Understand client investment goals, budget, and risk profile
- Conduct market research and provide insights on pricing, rental yield, and ROI
- Present investment proposals, feasibility reports, and return analysis
- Assist clients through property selection, site visits, negotiations, and closures:
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams
- Maintain long-term relationships with investors and high-value clients
- Track market trends, upcoming projects, and competitive developments




- Achieve revenue and investment closure targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA (Finance, Marketing, Real Estate preferred)
- Robust knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and explain ROI, IRR, rental yield, and appreciation
- Client-centric approach with strong relationship management skills

Experience
- 2-6 years experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or wealth advisory
- Experience handling HNI / investor clients is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
