Data Operator - Key Requirements

1. Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel

(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, Charts, Data Cleaning)
- Ability to prepare and manage daily product sales reports and all the utilized material in daily basis_

Experience in stock/inventory management

Able to create 2-month demand forecasts using data trends

Daily counting, tracking & updating of material and stock data

Knowledge of any inventory or ERP software

(Zoho, Tally, Busy, Marg, Unicommerce, etc.)

Basic knowledge of product packaging & shipping workflow

2. Work Responsibilities

Maintain accurate daily sales, purchase & stock records

Update inventory status in the software

Coordinate with the warehouse & dispatch team





Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports

Assist in stock reconciliation

Track inward/outward material movement

3. Required Qualities

Fast learner & flexible for different work tasks

Valuable communication and coordination ability

High accuracy and attention to detail

Time management and discipline

Problem-solving ability

Must work responsibly with confidential company data

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Inventory management: 1 year (preferred)
