Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tele-counseling sessions and guide students on suitable courses and programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
- Follow up regularly with potential students to ensure successful enrollment.
- Identify students’ educational interests and recommend appropriate courses.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead data,



and daily reporting to seniors.
- Participate in college visits, seminars, and workshops as part of promotional activities.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly admission targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, confident, and target-driven with a persuasive approach.
- Strong convincing skills and ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Positive, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude.
- Education sector or tele-sales experience (1-2 years) preferred.
