We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused Chat-Based Customer Service Representative (Male) to join our team at Lowadih, Ranchi. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate chat-based customer service.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, pricing details, shipping charges, and related concerns.
- Work closely with team members to maintain high service quality and strengthen brand reputation.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or call center environment.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with internet-based tools.
- Good analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
