3. Improve the company’s mindshare and thereby wallet-share.

Adherence to Sales process

1. Maintain a tracker of various visits and calls and report on daily basis. Ensure accurate records are accurately updated

Renewal persistency

1. Decoding client’s requirement, pain points and chance areas

2. Providing need based solutions to clients to increase stickiness.
