We are looking for a LIMS Support Executivefor Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar, experienced who will be responsible to provide technical and operational support for the ITDOSE LIMS Software (Innopath) across all laboratory locations.

Roles and Responsibility

1. LIMS Software Support (ITDOSE - Innopath)
- Act as the primary support contact for LIMS-related issues.
- Coordinate with the LIMS technical team for bug reporting, enhancements, and releases.
- Help users with LIMS workflows, sample tracking, billing modules, and operational features.
- Perform UAT for recent updates and maintain incident documentation.

2. Machine Interfacing & Analyzer Integration
- Provide L1 support for analyzer interfacing with LIMS.
- Troubleshoot Moxa/serial-to-LAN communication issues.
- Validate bidirectional data transfer and result uploading.
- Coordinate with vendors for analyzer interface setup

3. Networking & Connectivity Support
- Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN issues (ping test, trace-route, ARP,



IP conflicts).
- Assist with VLAN configuration, port allocation, and switch-level troubleshooting.
- Support Fortinet SD-WAN/firewall ticket handling (under guidance of senior IT).
- Ensure stable connectivity for instruments, LIMS terminals, barcode printers, and servers.Maintain network structure diagrams and IP allocation sheets.

4. Printer & System Support
- Configure and troubleshoot network printers, barcode printers, and label printers.
- Handle print queues, drivers, and LIMS print mapping.
- Provide basic Windows OS troubleshooting — drivers, services, slowness, profiles, antivirus alerts.

5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate between laboratory staff, LIMS team, analyzer vendors, and IT teams.
- Maintain MIS reports on downtime, tickets, and interface issues.

6. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare/update SOPs for LIMS usage and troubleshooting.
