The position / About the Job:
Order Handler - HFH




The incumbent would be responsible for providing direct support to customers in handling Standard Orders throughout the order to cash process (from customer order to Invoicing) and keep the customers updated on deliveries. The role comprises of the responsibility for the activation of the internal processes for the order execution.
In this job the Executive Order to Cash would be responsible for:
Manage the order to cash process for Standard Orders as well as configured orders, from the order review, acceptance to invoicing (Order fulfilment, Ordering Equipment, Parts & Technical expertise, Monitoring cost, Warehousing, Order Shipping and Customer Invoicing).
Customer support during the process: order status, delivery date, logistic information, regular coordination and follow up with Sales and operations for timely execution.
