Role Description The Junior Business Development Executive (Fresher) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. In this role, the team member will identify and qualify new business opportunities, support lead generation activities, and engage with potential learners and institutional partners. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings, maintaining accurate records of interactions,



and assisting in converting leads into active customers. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, following up on inquiries, and contributing to basic account management tasks for existing clients. The Junior Business Development Executive will report to senior business development staff and follow structured training and guidance to learn and grow in the role.
