Job Overview

We are looking for a Global Marketing Automation Specialist to take ownership of the organization's marketing automation platform and support global lead-generation and campaign activities.

The role combines hands-on marketing automation execution, platform ownership, campaign management, lead management, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation platforms and be comfortable working closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT teams across different regions.

Must-Have Skills

Degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
5+ years of experience in:
Marketing Automation
Email Marketing
Campaign Execution
Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms




Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred
Experience creating and managing marketing automation workflows
Experience executing email campaigns and newsletters
Experience with lead management and lead-generation processes
Experience managing contact and lead data quality
Experience with campaign performance reports and dashboards
Strong understanding of marketing automation processes and lifecycle management
Ability to translate business requirements into workflows, properties, and lifecycle stages
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience working with global or international marketing teams
Experience with CRM and marketing automation integrations
Exposure to tools used for lead capture and contact management
Experience with data synchronization between marketing automation platforms
