Role Description: The Associate Caller role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, OH. The Associate Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to share information about political campaigns, initiatives, and events, while maintaining clear, courteous, and accurate communication. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with supporters and volunteers,



collecting feedback and basic data, updating call records, and following standardised scripts and guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with campaign and research teams, reporting key call outcomes, and escalating complex queries or concerns to senior team members. The Associate Caller is expected to work in a fast-paced environment, meet daily calling targets, and uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and non-discriminatory communication at all times.

Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and respectfully across diverse audiences.
Basic data entry, call documentation, and record-keeping skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or call management software.
