The Role :

As a System Admin on the Business Systems team, you will play a key role in administering, improving, and scaling the systems that support StarRez’s go-to-market organization. Salesforce will be a primary area of focus, alongside HubSpot and a growing ecosystem of business systems supporting our Sales and Marketing teams. This is a hands-on, intermediate-to-advanced role for someone who enjoys solving complex systems and process challenges.



You will partner with stakeholders across the business to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions, improve automation and data quality, troubleshoot cross-system issues, and help establish sustainable administration practices as StarRez continues to grow. While Salesforce and HubSpot will be central to the role, you will also have opportunities to broaden your expertise across platforms such as Clay, Qualified, and other related Business Systems. You will join a global team that is evolving from primarily Salesforce administration toward centralized ownership and governance of an increasingly interconnected business systems ecosystem.
What You Will Own:
• Administer and optimize Salesforce through intermediate-to-advanced configuration, including Flow automation, objects and fields, page layouts, validation rules, permissions and security, data management, and other declarative platform capabilities.
