Social Media Manager

At Wings, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not just about posting consistently — it's about building relevance, personality, community and measurable brand growth.
You'll work across multiple brands and industries, shaping how they show up on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook through strategy, content, campaigns and day-to-day execution.
We're looking for someone who can think beyond calendars and captions — someone who understands what makes people stop, engage, share, remember and eventually convert.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each brand's business and communication goals.
- Build monthly content calendars across relevant platforms.
- Identify content pillars, campaign ideas, recurring formats and platform-specific opportunities.
- Write strong, engaging and brand-appropriate captions and copy.
- Work closely with designers, motion designers and video teams to develop high-quality social content.




- Brief the creative team clearly on concepts, references, formats and desired outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day publishing and scheduling of content.
- Track trends, cultural moments, platform updates and competitor activity.
- Identify relevant trends without forcing brands into content that doesn't suit them.
- Manage comments, responses and basic community engagement where required.
- Monitor performance across reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares, clicks and conversions.
- Prepare periodic performance reports with explicit insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimise content based on data rather than assumptions.
- Coordinate with clients, understand feedback and translate it into actionable content direction.
- Ensure all social communication remains consistent with the brand's positioning, tone and visual language.
