Job Summary

We are looking for a Computer Operator who has good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing jewellery tags, maintaining product data, updating records, and ensuring accurate tagging and inventory entries.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and print jewellery tags as per product details.
- Enter and update jewellery details in Excel and company software.
- Maintain accurate records of item codes, product descriptions, weight, purity, price, and other product details.
- Cross-check physical jewellery with system/Excel data before tagging.
- Maintain proper tagging records and avoid data-entry errors.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Merchandising, Inventory, and Sales Departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of tagged and pending items.
- Handle other computer-related work assigned by the management.




- Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good computer and data-entry skills.
- Knowledge of sorting, filtering, formatting, and basic Excel formulas.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with jewellery/product data.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management will be an advantage.

Key Requirement

- Candidate must have strong Excel knowledge and be comfortable handling detailed jewellery product data with high accuracy.
