Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, email, servers, endpoints, security platforms, and privileged access . The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to
operate within a security-focused, SLA-driven managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and enterprise email environments.
- Manage users, groups, licenses, mailboxes, distribution lists, permissions, MFA, authentication, and access policies.
- Perform Active Directory administration , including user/group management, GPOs, OU administration, DNS, and domain services.
- Manage Windows and Linux servers , including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup, and capacity management.




- Plan and execute regular server and application patching , security updates, vulnerability remediation, and maintenance activities.
- Administer and monitor EDR/endpoint security, email security, anti-malware, and endpoint management solutions.
- Manage privileged accounts and administrative access , including role-based access, access reviews, and secure credential practices.
- Support endpoint configuration, software deployment, security policies, and device compliance.
- Coordinate domain registrations, DNS records, SSL/TLS certificates, renewals, and certificate deployment.
- Monitor infrastructure health and proactively identify system, security, and performance issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, changes, and escalations in accordance with defined SLAs and ITIL processes .
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring infrastructure issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
