About the Role
Monterra Global Acres is looking for a Google Ads Executive – Real Estate Lead Generation to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and generate quality leads for our real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC ,



with practical knowledge of lead generation campaigns. Experience in real estate or property lead generation will be preferred.

This role is suitable for a performance-focused candidate who understands Google Ads, keyword research, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and CPL improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage Google Search Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent real estate keywords.
- Create and organize campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and targeting.
- Write and test Google Ads copy to generate property enquiries.
- Analyze search terms and add negative keywords to reduce irrelevant traffic and leads.
- Monitor CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, leads, and overall campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce wasted ad spend.
- Manage campaign budgets and monitor daily perf
