Operate and monitor shrink wrap machines, ensuring correct settings for different pet product types (e.g., pet food bags, toy multipacks, accessory bundles).
- Load products onto the shrink wrap conveyor system and ensure proper alignment for packaging.
- Perform routine quality checks on wrapped products to ensure seals are secure, packaging is neat, and products meet company standards.
- Adjust machine settings such as temperature, speed, and film tension as needed to optimize packaging quality and efficiency.
- Conduct minor troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on shrink wrap equipment, reporting any major malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations,



especially those pertinent to food-grade packaging if applicable.
- Record production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and any quality issues encountered.
- Collaborate effectively with other production line operators, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
