Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Verify guest details and maintain proper records in the PMS system.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries politely.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest requests.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
