Customer Service - Back Office
(Service & Sales - Chat / call | (Voice/ Non-Voice Process)
Location: Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat or calls
- Provide accurate resolutions in writing
- Support both service & sales-related requests
Requirements:
- Strong written English
- 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
C1 level
No Grammatical Errors
