We are currently looking for a "Legal Executive” who will be working in the legal and regulatory functional area and must have experience up to 2 years in real estate or property industry.

1. The legal executive must have Sound Knowledge on Real Estate Laws.

2. Have Knowledge for Litigation, Mortgage, and Documentation.

3. Must be good in analyzing deeds and drafting notices.

4. Liaison with our Panel Lawyers

5. Have Knowledge in law firms, solicitors on a regular basis for legal work.

6. Must have positive knowledge of drafting and vetting of legal agreements.

7. Provide regular status updates on various legal suits / complaints to legal department.

8. Facilitate the CRM team with credit appraisals of the customers and distributors

9. Organizing large volumes of documents and correspondence, including filing and archiving

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
