Saraswati Vidya Vihar, Bhiwani is seeking an experienced and visionary School Primary Head to lead the institution’s academic, administrative, and cultural development.

The Principal will be responsible for maintaining high standards of education, strengthening discipline and values, and guiding teachers and students towards academic excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Provide solid academic leadership and maintain high teaching standards
- Oversee school administration, staff management, and daily operations
- Implement curriculum planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Maintain discipline, student welfare, and a positive school culture
- Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and management
- Ensure compliance with CBSE / board regulations and policies

Requirements:
- Post Graduate with B.Ed / M.Ed (mandatory)
- Minimum 8-12 years teaching experience with leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills
- Commitment to discipline, values-based education, and holistic development

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
