Roles and Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination withSEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX& CDSL regularly for resolution of queries related to various daily/ weekly submissions.
- Preparation/ Compilation of data for Monthly/ Half yearly internal audits, Exchange inspection, CDSL Inspection and SEBI inspection and co-ordination with Internal Auditors.
- Drafting of Agreements, Letters, Replies for/ with various regulators/ stakeholders.
