Position description: Entry-level role in human resource payroll, responsible for supporting payroll processing, data entry, and assisting in payroll-related tasks within the HR department.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Accurately input and maintain employee payroll data, ensuring completeness and adherence to established record-keeping standards.
- Payroll Processing Assistance: Support the payroll team in processing employee salaries, advantages, and deductions, while learning payroll software and compliance requirements.
- Query Resolution: Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, helping address concerns and providing clarification on payroll-related matters.
- Compliance Learning: Familiarize oneself with labor laws and regulations governing payroll processing to ensure accurate and lawful payment practices.
- Documentation Support: Assist in organizing and maintaining payroll documentation, including timesheets, tax forms,



and other relevant records.
