- Role Summary We are looking for a confident, camera-friendly Anchor & Host who can transform research-backed scripts into highly engaging, high-retention YouTube videos for our management education channels BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA and Btech. The role combines strong on-camera delivery, storytelling ability, and hands-on understanding of the YouTube platform including packaging and performance optimization.

A. What You Will Do

On-Camera Video HostingPresent videos for BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA and Btech YouTube channelsDeliver scripts in natural, engaging conversational styleMaintain strong screen presence and viewer connectionUse examples and storytelling to improve retentionShoot videos in batch format as per content calendar

Script Refinement & StorytellingRefine research scripts into engaging narrative flowImprove hooks, transitions,



and audience engagement pointsAdd relatable examples and student-focused toneProvide feedback to research team for improvementEnsure final script suits spoken delivery
