Key Accountabilities:
What you’ll do:
- Partner with experts in sourcing and talent intelligence to develop effective sourcing strategies and ensure that you’re using talent intelligence to influence your client stakeholders and hiring outcomes. Proactively ensure you’re bringing insight and intelligence to recruiting discussions at the beginning of the process.
Skills & Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability in Sourcing.
- Over 4 years of extensive experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, with a strong focus on leveraging contemporary sourcing tools and strategies to identify top talent.
- Proven expertise in using a wide range of sourcing tools including job boards, social media platforms, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Preferred IT domain-specific hiring needs and compliance standards.
- Adept at stakeholder management, market mapping, and driving talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
