The Grade 1 Class Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning workplace for young students. The role focuses on building foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development while ensuring the overall well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities:
- English
- Mathematics
- Environmental Studies (EVS)
- Develop foundational reading, writing, and basic math skills
- Use creative teaching methods (stories, activities, games, visual aids)
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline positively
- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic and social progress
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, and assessments
- Maintain student records and report progress to parents
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings (PTMs)
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of students
- Organize classroom activities, events, and celebrations
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
