Job Title:Merchandiser

How You Will Add Value (Core Responsibilities)
- Coordinate with Design & Planning teams for seasonal range development.
- Convert design concepts into tech packs, BOMs, and bulk-ready styles.
- Track styles from development to bulk approval in line with brand DNA and quality standards.
- Prepare, update, and control cost sheets for knits and wovens.
- Support target costing in collaboration with sourcing and production teams.
- Assist in value engineering initiatives while maintaining product quality.
- Manage proto, fit, size set, and PP samples, ensuring timely approvals.
- Monitor development and production calendars (T&A;) and proactively highlight risks.
- Coordinate with factories for right-first-time and on-time production readiness.
- Ensure product readiness for photoshoots, cataloguing, and launches.
- Oversee labeling, packing, and barcoding according to brand guidelines.
- Maintain accurate style trackers, sample records, and documentation.

What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)




- Working knowledge of knits & wovens, fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
- Hands-on experience with tech packs, BOMs, and costing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and tight timelines efficiently.
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills with internal and external teams.
- Commercial mindset with a basic understanding of costing and margins.
- Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems (preferred).
- Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Clear communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, season-driven environment.
- Team player with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
