Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all foundry operations, including aluminum melting and casting processes
- Ensure production targets are met with high-quality standards and mínimal defects
- Monitor and control alloy composition for different casting requirements
- Identify metals and alloys accurately to ensure proper usage and quality output
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational and process-related issues efficiently
- Manage manpower effectively to achieve timely casting and optimal productivity
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies in the foundry
- Maintain proper documentation of production, quality, and material usage
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations
- Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, OR




- ITI (Mechanical or related trade) with minimum 8 years of relevant experience

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of aluminum alloys and casting processes
- Ability to identify different metals and alloy compositions
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Strong leadership and manpower management skills
- Basic knowledge of quality control practices in foundry operations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in aluminum extrusion plants
- Familiarity with casting defects and corrective actions
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
