As a Senior Warehouse Executive, you will oversee the end-to-end inventory management and warehousing operations for Spectra Solar Power. This is a critical role requiring the ability to manage multiple warehouse locations simultaneously, ensuring that solar modules, inverters, structures, and BOS (Balance of System) materials are stocked and dispatched efficiently to various project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Warehouse Management: Oversee operations across multiple storage points. Ensure uniform processes for material inwarding, storage, and outwarding across all locations.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular physical audits and cycle counting to ensure 100% stock accuracy. Maintain a real-time digital record of inventory levels.
- Inward/Outward Coordination: Manage the receipt of bulk shipments (Solar Modules, Inverters) and the dispatch of project-specific kits to site engineers.
- Space Optimization: Design and implement efficient layout plans to maximize storage capacity while ensuring the safety of fragile solar components.
- Vendor & Transporter Liaison: Coordinate with logistics partners for timely material movement between warehouses and project sites.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records including Positive Receipt Notes (GRN), Delivery Challans, Stock Transfer Notes (STN), and Waybills.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all warehouses follow safety protocols, especially for heavy lifting and electrical component storage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years in warehouse management, preferably within the Solar, Power, or Construction industries.
- Education: Graduate in any stream; a Diploma in Supply Chain or Material Management is a plus.
- Multi-Site Handling: Proven track record of managing more than one warehouse location at a time.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of GST documentation, E-way bills, and transport management.
