Key Responsibilities
- Prescription Interpretation: Collect prescriptions from the doctor’s cabin, explain the tests to patients, and guide them smoothly to billing and sample collection.
- Lab Retention: Actively counsel patients on the quality and reliability of our in-house labs to secure their business.
- Front Desk Duties: Patient registration, answering inquiries, and handling clinic billing operations.
- Backup Phlebotomy: Must be capable and confident in drawing blood samples (venipuncture) in the absence of the primary blood collector.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or B.Pharm / D.Pharm (Pharmacy background).
- Experience:



Freshers or 1-2 years of experience (must have completed a practical internship handling blood collection or prescription reading).
- Skills: Strong counseling/communication skills, fluency in Bengali and Hindi, and basic computer knowledge. BeBee

Compensation & Massive Incentive PotentialWe offer structured growth with highly rewarding uncapped earnings for active performers:
- Probation Period (First 6 Months): On-the-job training (OJT) with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000 to ₹7,500.
- Post-Confirmation (7th Month onwards): Fixed salary of ₹8,000 per month + massive incentives.
- Incentive Pool Model:
- 60% to 70% patient retention = 2.5% commission on gross billing.
- Above 71% patient retention = 5% commission on gross billing.
