Job Description - US IT Recruiter

We are hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience to support our growing staffing operations. The recruiter will handle end-to-end US IT hiring for contract and full-time roles across the United States. This is a 100% onsite role based in Vadodara, Anand, or Noida.

Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract and permanent positions
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models:
- Coordinate interviews with US hiring managers and clients
- Meet daily and weekly submission and closure targets:
- Understand US client requirements and deliver resumes within turnaround time (TAT)
- Stay updated with US recruitment trends and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (mandatory):
- Strong understanding of US IT technologies and roles:
- Experience working with US Staffing / Consulting companies:




- Hands-on experience with US job portals and sourcing techniques:
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills:
- Willingness to work in US shift timings:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS):
- Proven track record in US contract staffing
