Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Modelling: Develop detailed 2D architectural and interior floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
- 3D Visualization: Create accurate and highly detailed 3D models using SketchUp and produce high-quality, realistic project renders using Enscape/ D5 Render/ Lumion:
- Interior Design Support: Assist in interior space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and detailing for various architectural projects.
- Project Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material schedules, project timelines, and budget tracking.
- Team Coordination: Actively collaborate with senior architects, interior designers, and external consultants to ensure design goals and project deadlines are met.
- Communication: Clearly articulate design ideas and project updates to internal teams and assist in preparing presentations for client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Only B.Arch / B.Des graduates:
- Technical Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp,



and Enscape/ D5 Render/ Lumion
- Data Management: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing project data and schedules.
- Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of interior design principles, spatial arrangements, and finishing materials.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional team coordination and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in an architectural or interior design setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
