Key Responsibilities:
- Visit dealers, retailers, and carpenters in the assigned area.
- Promote Kolhar products and generate sales orders.:
- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Collect market information and competitor updates.
- Follow up on payments and order deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
- Experience in plywood, hardware, or building material sales preferred
- Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license
- Good communication and field sales skills
- Willing to travel within North Bihar

Salary & Advantages:
- Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month
- Travel Allowance (TA) as per company policy
- Incentives based on sales performance
