Key Responsibilities:
- Process of Policy Issuance, Endorsement, Cancellation, Refund and resolve other service requests/queries from respective stakeholders.
- Error free policy issuance for partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to execute the requests inflow.
- Maintenance of TAT as per agreed SLA of the respective LOB
- Demonstrate command on working with multiple in-house systems.
- Constantly updating knowledge with respect to product process industry, and best practices
- Any other ad-hoc requests to be undertaken.
- Required Skills:
- Experience: 1-3 years in retail operations or business coordination.
- Skills in: Workflow management, problem-solving, and process optimization.
- Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field.
- Bonus Power-Up: Experience in retail process automation or high-volume order management.
