We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing software company based in Noida Sector 63.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CAC, ROAS, CPA) and create reports to improve ROI.
- Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Budgeting: Manage and optimize advertising budgets across channels for maximum efficiency.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with creative teams to create compelling ad content and with product teams for funnel improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 1-2 years (Specialist/Executive).
- Tools: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Data Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Certifications: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
- Skills: Robust Excel skills, PPC management, and conversion rate optimization
