Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models using software tools
- Work closely with senior architects and project teams on ongoing projects
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation
- Support in project documentation, presentations, and reports
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Familiarity with Mumbai building regulations and approval processes is a plus
- Robust design sense and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
