Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting Developer (6 months contract - may extend)
Years of Experience: 6+
Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days
Location: Bangalore - Hybrid: 2 days wfo & 3 days wfh

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:
Solid hands-on experience with:
Oracle Fusion OTBI
Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data model, including:
Core HCM tables and structures
Effective-dated tables
Common joins and key identifiers
Strong knowledge of commonly used HCM Subject Areas, such as:
Workforce Management - Person Real Time
Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time
Workforce Management - Workforce Snapshot
Absence Management, Compensation, Talent, etc.
Experience working with HR security contexts and role-based access
SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting




Functional Knowledge:
Strong understanding of HR business processes, including:
Hire-to-retire lifecycle
Headcount and workforce movement
Attrition and turnover analysis
DEI metrics and compliance reporting
Redwood UI experience is a plus
Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM reporting
Proven experience delivering production-ready dashboards and reports
Prior experience supporting HR leadership or HR analytics teams
Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle complex reporting requirements
