Job Summary

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved plans and specifications. The role involves coordinating workers, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor labor, subcontractors, and construction progress
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and technical specifications
- Maintain site discipline and productivity
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with standards
- Enforce safety rules and regulations on-site
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance,



and material records
- Check material usage and avoid wastage
- Report progress, delays, and issues to senior management

Required Skills:
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic knowledge of safety standards
- Strong communication skills

Educational Requirements
- Relevant technical certification is an advantage

Site Supervisor

Experience: 3-5 years in construction projects
