Lux Hospitals is a [multi-specialty / specialty] healthcare facility committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centric medical care. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support the hospital's continued growth.

Role Summary

The Accounts & Finance Manager will own the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and internal controls of the hospital. The role partners closely with the management team on budgeting, cost control, revenue cycle oversight, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L; statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management review.
- Oversee patient billing, IP/OP revenue reconciliation, and coordinate with the billing team to minimize leakages.
- Manage insurance/TPA claims processing, follow-ups, reconciliation, and aging analysis.




- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and departmental cost control initiatives.
- Ensure statutory compliance across GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and ROC filings.
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors and ensure timely closure of audits.
- Supervise pharmacy, consumables, and inventory financial controls in coordination with the stores/purchase team.
- Manage banking relationships, working capital, loan documentation, and treasury operations.
- Review vendor contracts, payment cycles, and procurement finance.
- Implement and continuously improve SOPs, internal controls, and finance automation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts team (executives, accountants, billing staff).
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team for strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com from a recognized
