Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete production cycle from sampling to final delivery
- Coordinate with factories, vendors, and suppliers for smooth execution
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain and track T&A; (Time & Action) calendar:
- Handle fabric and trims sourcing follow-ups:
- Conduct inline and final quality checks to meet brand standards
- Work closely with design, merchandising, and QC teams:
- Ensure cost control and production efficiency:
- Resolve production issues and bottlenecks proactively
