Key Responsibilities:
- Calling to received leads, Identify customer’s requirements, and fix appointment for demonstration of suitable products.
- Conduct demonstration of coffee machine and tea coffee products at customer’s locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Cold calling into field and generate new leads.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads
- Work closely with the operations teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing efforts.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of adequate testing samples and tools required for demonstration tasks.
- Order additional parts as necessary, ensuring mínimal disruption to service operations.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards,



and industry regulations.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license for 2 wheeler and clean driving record. 4 Wheel driving license will give extra advantage.
- Ability to lift and carry demo equipment and tools up to 10-15kg of goods.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
