Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to international customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Process (mandatory)
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in BPO/Customer Support industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms
