Meta Ads Manager (Performance Marketing)-(In-Office Job)

Location: Kasba, Near Acropolis Mall, Kolkata
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
- Handle both eCommerce sales campaigns and lead generation campaigns:
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel planning
- Create campaign structures, ad sets, and targeting strategies
- Write ad copies and coordinate with designers for creatives
- Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL)
- Scale winning campaigns and troubleshoot underperforming ones
- Generate reports and insights for internal review and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
- Proven track record of running profitable campaigns:
- Solid understanding of campaign structure,



targeting, and scaling strategies:
- Experience in eCommerce and/or lead generation:
- Basic understanding of funnels and landing pages:
- Ability to analyze data and take quick decisions
- Good communication skills (English required)
