The role includes explaining treatment benefits in a simple and convincing manner, maintaining client records, conducting regular follow-ups to track progress, and ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for every client. The counselor also supports wellness camps, demonstrations, and promotional activities while building robust, trust-based relationships with clients._
