About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Videographer & Editor who can handle end-to-end video production — from shooting to final delivery — with a strong focus on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and personal branding content.

You will work closely with doctors, founders, and brands to create high-impact, storytelling-driven videos.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (Reels, Ads, Podcasts)
- Handle camera, lighting, and audio setup for shoots
- Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects:
- Create engaging short-form content optimized for social media:
- Collaborate with the creative team for concepts, hooks, and storytelling
- Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design
- Manage raw footage, backups, and project files
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of camera handling, framing,



lighting, and sound:
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro / After Effects):
- Understanding of social media trends (especially Instagram & YouTube):
- Ability to create fast-paced, engaging edits:
- Basic knowledge of color grading & motion graphics:
- Creative storytelling mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in videography/editing
- Experience in personal branding / healthcare / agency content:
- Ability to handle on-field shoots independently:
- Portfolio showcasing reels, ads, or client work
