1. Sales & Customer Handling
- Coordinate with schools for uniform requirements
- Handle inquiries from parents (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Explain size charts, pricing, and product details
- Promote add-on sales (extra sets, accessories)

2. Order Management
- Record and process uniform orders accurately
- Maintain student-wise size and order data
- Coordinate bulk orders from schools
- Ensure timely invoicing and billing

3. Distribution & Delivery
- Plan and manage uniform distribution schedules
- Coordinate with warehouse/tailoring unit
- Ensure correct packing and dispatch
- Handle exchange/alteration requests

4. Inventory Coordination
- Track stock availability (sizes, items)
- Inform management about shortages
- Avoid overstocking or stock-outs
- Maintain proper stock records

5. Relationship Management
- Maintain good relationships with school management
- Ensure smooth communication during peak season
- Handle complaints professionally and quickly

6. Reporting
- Daily sales report
- Pending orders and delivery status




- Stock movement report

Required Skills:
- Good communication (Tamil + basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
- Strong follow-up skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Customer-friendly attitude

Experience:
- 1-3 years in sales / retail / distribution preferred
- Freshers with good communication can also apply

Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed salary + seasonal incentives (based on sales)
- Bonus during peak school season

Work Timing:
- Regular: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Peak season: Flexible (extended hours may be required)
